No planning permission is required for drone flights. I'm a CAA-registered operator with an Operator ID and Flyer ID, and I fly within the UK Open Category rules. I check airspace restrictions before every shoot using the official tools, and I'll always tell you about any limitations at your specific property.
I don't fly in unsafe conditions — wind, heavy rain or low visibility affect both safety and image quality. I watch the forecast closely, and if it looks unsuitable I'll call you as early as I can and reschedule free of charge, normally with at least 24 hours' notice.
I send everything as a private download link (Google Drive or WeTransfer) within 48 working hours of the shoot — often within 24 for photo-only packages. Working hours are Monday to Friday, so a Friday shoot lands with you on Tuesday at the latest. If you need it faster, 24-hour express delivery is available on any package for £45. You get high-resolution JPEGs suitable for web and print, video as MP4 in social-ready formats, and 360° tours as hosted links you can embed straight into your listing.
Yes. My drone is sub-250g, which falls under Open Category A1 rules and permits flight over uninvolved people and in most residential areas. I fly responsibly, let neighbours know where appropriate, and never fly over crowds. If your property sits near controlled airspace — close to Manchester Airport, for instance — temporary permission may be needed. I sort that out myself; you don't have to do anything.
I can usually fit you in within 24–48 hours. Two to three days' notice gives you the best choice of slots, but if a listing is urgent, tell me and I'll do everything I can to get to you quickly.
Yes. I offer volume rates and monthly retainers for agencies with regular requirements. Get in touch and we'll work out what suits you.
I accept bank transfer (BACS), PayPal, and most major debit and credit cards by invoice, and I can work with purchase orders for agencies. Standard terms are 14 days from invoice. For your first paid booking I ask for payment before I release the finished files — after that you're on standard terms like any other client.
Once payment clears, you get a full commercial licence to use the images and video for all property marketing: listings, social media, print, and your own website. I retain the right to use the imagery in my portfolio unless you ask me not to in writing.
